ReplyDeleteThe location at 138 E. Beaver Ave. was a Big Top operated by Weis Markets and closed in 1992 after their lease ended and a decision was made to now renew.

ReplyDeleteWeis Markets 51 hasn't always been at 1471 Martin St. It was originally located in a plaza with Kmart at 100 Valley Vista. Weis abandoned that location in the 90s and opened the new freestanding building. Kmart closed at some point after 2000.
ReplyDeleteWeis Markets 32 closed in 2012. It was replaced by 187 that had its grand opening February 26, 2012.
