  1. Was the current Elizabeth location not originally an Edwards? It has that chain's late-90s look inside and out. I suppose it could have been built to be an Edwards and opened right around the time of the changeover. Then again, the Edison Route 1 location began construction as a proposed Edwards, and while the exterior is similar to Elizabeth, the interior decor is more like the Dayton location that opened as S&S about a year later.
